favorite things friday: flats, formal, long weekends, & a list

On Fridays I share a few of my favorite things from my week ...

One of my favorites is sharing a great deal with y'all ... especially when it's a great deal on something I love! & I LOOOOVE my leopard flats from Target!

My Mossimo leopard flats are on clearance at Target right now! You can click HERE to order... they're still available online! These shoes are so versatile ... you can wear them with just about anything! Love them!

Priss has her first formal dance at school this weekend ... (imagine me sobbing here)! I can NOT believe she's old enough for a middle school dance! BUT helping her pick out a dress & shoes has definitely been a favorite ... such a fun mama/daughter moment! I'll be sure to post pictures of her all dolled up next week.

Long weekends are ALWAYS a favorite around here! My kids get out early today & have off Monday!!! Getting to sleep in on a Monday morning is a great way to start off the week! We have exactly 2 things on the schedule for our long weekend ... 3 if you count sleeping in on Monday!

Reading a great book is definitely a favorite. I get a lot of questions about book recommendations ... so, I set up a Pinterest board with some of my favorite reads. You can check out some of my favorites HERE. I'll keep it updated & add to the list as I finish up books that I love!
