i think 2 things have well been
documented since i began writing this blog ....
#1... i love to save $money$
#2... pinterest is a life saver for me because i haven't
had an original thought since 1997
so today's little pinterest project
is a sweet little combination of the two.
i use coupons ...
like, not extreme coupon style because,
let's face it ... i do not have that kind of energy.
i do have a coupon binder, but
before you bother being impressed with that news
i have to tell you most of the coupons are
expired & this ....
is how my more current coupons are being organized.
i know, impressive.
i clicked on a link i came across
on pinterest last week &
accidentily stumbled across something
that is pure genius.
not only is it genius, but
it will save big brother all types
of embarrassment from me lugging
my huge coupon binder into target
{priss could care less ... i mean, she's
the one who wore jorts, a camo jacket,
& mismatched socks to church last week ...
jussayin'}.
aby garvey, who is an organizational genius,
came up with this to store coupons
for quick trips to the store ...
this, my dear friends,
is one of those little photo albums
that you can buy anywhere for like a dollar.
it is the perfect size to fit into your purse.
so ... i grabbed an extra album
i happened to have in my craft closet,
some cute scrapbook paper,
stick-on dividers,
& some washi tape because
it is an addiction & i'm embracing it.
i cut the pretty paper to fit into the front & back cover,
stuck a few tabs on the pages,
used washi tape to doll up the tabs,
& labeled them...
done!
so much better for quick trips to target!
love it!
