It's easy to be full of fear & panic ... I know, because I happen to be really good at it.
Isaiah tells us there is no need for it!
God gives us strength, helps us, holds us steady, & has a firm grip on us!!!!
He's not holding loosely onto us ... He is holding us steady & with a firm grip.
Don't forget who has you in His grip ...
