road trip ...

ok .... guess what i did this past weekend ...

here's a hint ....

 

last week i posted about

how in love i was with lockers ...

well, IKEA now sells lockers & it took about

45 minutes after my bestie read

my locker post for her to call

me & for us to schedule a

road trip to IKEA!!!!!

 

so .... off we went

& apparently we were hiking because

ash carried her backpack

& i kid you not, she had

granola & a change of shoes in

that bag!!!

{in her defense.... IKEA is HUGE}

 

so, i found my lockers {which made me giddy}

& ash bought .... wait for it ...

 

batteries ... lots of batteries.

{that's why i love her}

 

so, when i got home

i went to work...

& got those sweet lockers put together!!!

 

now, y'all i had all sorts of

plans for those lockers!

i had just the spot picked out upstairs

for them to live

& i knew exactly what

i was going to store in them...

& then this happened ...

 

before i could finish putting

them together my kids moved right in!

 

i'm telling you,

they were more excited about

the lockers than i was...

 imagine that!

 

so, the lockers stayed downstairs

in our sitting room ...

 

& big brother & priss

claimed them as theirs ...

 

 

& this mama was happy to let them!
