I just don't feel right about doing my usual favorite things Friday list today ...
We've had an emotional week around here. This week, our community lost a boy way too soon ... doing something he & his friends had done hundreds of times before. Doing something that you should come home from ...doing something that is almost like second nature around here, because we've all grown up on the river. Hearts have been so heavy for this family that lost their son way too soon. We've all hugged our kids a little tighter this week as we've been reminded how fleeting life really is. Don't take your people for granted ... love 'em ... hold on to them & let them know how much they mean to you. Life, family, & friends are precious.
