thanksgiving is just a couple of days away .. pretty soon we are all going to be knee deep in leftover turkey.  remember the episode of friends when ross lost his ever-loving mind because somebody at work stole his special leftover turkey sandwich with monica's secret moist maker ingredient????

i've made this sandwich & it is yummy ... i even add a layer of stuffing in mine!  if you try it, let me know ....
