favorite things friday: chickens, a hat, & a hairbrush ...

i have a few favorite things from my week to share ...


first of all ...
when i was taking priss to school yesterday morning,
i saw chickens walking down the sidewalk on main street
of my little town.
& i thought ...
well sir, there are chickens!
walking down the sidewalk!
right on main street!
how can that not be one of my favorite things this week?!?

 {i got so tickled over it}


next ...
when i got my big girl haircut this week,
my stylist used a brush that
has softest bristles this thick 'ol head of hair has ever experienced!
so, i bought myself one.

because obviously, if i use the same brush
i will be able to recreate the magic
my stylist creates whenever he styles my hair.
& also, he said something about the brush
having magnets & ions & then he lost me at ions
because i failed my high school science mid-term
& have never cared much for science ever since.


& lastly ...

i ordered this cute little winter hat...

which makes me love it even more!

so ... that's it ...
a few chickens, a hat,
& a science-cursed hairbrush that is glorious!
