i once heard someone refer

to target's dollar spot as the

"target toll booth" ...
ain't it the truth!

you can't just walk by it

without getting seduced into

picking up 1 or 2 ... or 15

$1 items before heading into the rest

of that wonderful place we call target!

well ... let me tell you ....

i have found some mighty cute stuff

in that nice little section of target.

recently, I picked up a few things

to wrap a gift for a very special friend

expecting her third baby.

she doesn't know if it is a boy or girl,

so I needed something neutral.

dollar spot to the rescue:

i picked up this wrapping paper a few weeks ago ...

(i am going to use the plain brown side instead

of the patterned side)

gift tags .... perfect for a baby gift

baker's twine ...

i L-O-V-E using twine, string, & yarn to wrap gifts.

it's so easy to work with.

& tah dah ....
